Eh, too late now, its painted and 5/6th of the way on the Jeep. Have to wait until tomorrow to resume BFH activities to get it that last inch on.

The vertical weld is an illusion, its not concave (I assume that is what you mean by undercut) and the horizontal one is a little, but it still looks good.

And I need to cut some of the hatch, because apparently it won't close unless I do.

M&g was utter fail, no one showed up. Oh well :dunno:

Got panos without you lame asses, went to my parents place and picked up the stuff I got shipped there. Massivemobile now has a roof, working tach, and wipers, and is about to get a temp gauge, hood latches, and maybe an oil change if I feel like it. I got a pretty badass sunburn today driving it topless, hopefully will tan instead of peeling.

I had to work.I'll see you at lobsters next weekend,though!

NP435 100% rebuilt. Just need a new shift lever cover and to figure out whether to run straight 50w or 80-90 as there are debates all over the place. Calling Novak on Monday about it.

Also, kinda wanna find someone to sandblast some stuff for me. Not the biggest deal, but want to do my front end parts (knuckles, hubs, etc.) as well as the bellhousing.

Haha np, that's a fair reason. Looks like I'm driving the massivemobile 3 days in a row, did about 200 miles today, helping a friend move tomorrow, then probably Monday as well if anthony wants to weld stuff then. I really gotta get a good chopsaw one of these days, my 6" wood saw with a metal blade in it is sounding real pissed.

Help me piece together a soda blasting setup and buy the soda required and let's do this. It doesn't seem that hard from what I've seen.

Nope went to bolt the flywheel up the other day and I need to add a spacer plate between the tranny and engine to get it running.

i would never run those shackles. , the arms are built well, but nothing special about them.

Hiked Mt. Washington yesterday. Beautiful day, no rain, etc. Everything was perfect till we were a mile from the end. The 54 year old woman with osteoporosis in front of us tripped and broke both bones in her shin just above her ankle. We splinted her leg with sticks and para-cord and an ice pack. Her husband, another one of the hikers with me, and myself piggy backed her out. Awesome weekend overall. Don't want to go to work tomorrow.

yikes, that really blows. At least you guys were there and knew what to do and were equipped to help her out.

Up for some welding some evening this week? It's alright if you aren't, I just want to get these ramps done by next weekend so I can bring more than one vehicle to lobsterfest in case I break one.
