uhhh, well, if it'll fit in the back of the MJ along with an engine, sure. You're not talking the whole front clip right? Just one side and part of the crossmember, plus some fenders and stuff?

I love it when that happens. Hope you immediately removed the latch and bungeed it closed or something so you could get home and put the spare latch on...

Door works perfectly fine now. (I don't think it locks though, haven't checked. Plus I swore I ordered a new latch, but it never showed up on my statement and I never got one in the mail. I never ordered a new one because I was just going to leave the door for now)

Just the crossmember and some small portion of each frame rail. No fenders.

Only 30-50 min until I get the hell out of here. I can't decide I want to stop by the outlets on the way home. I really don't want to stop but it wouldn't be bad to get some extra shorts/shirts. I hate clothes shopping.

So there were quite a few good lookin womenz at the outlet stores... I might have to go back sometime. Though it felt weird buying clothes at a "expensive" place rather than walmart or something, I don't think I ever went in an Izod before :gee:. Good sale though. I picked up 4 $50 polos for $12.75 each, an $80 fleece for $30, couple pairs of $58 shorts for $20ish each. That and more or less a free pack of socks and a $25 pair of sunglasses for $6. Not bad, now off to the Jeep.

I think that was pretty close to the biggest I have ever seen the car show in my town; I think the friday night car shows are officially the only thing that the town walmart is good for anymore. I should have driven the Jeep in but I didn't think of that until after I parked and walked in. Oh well, next week.

I managed to go backwards in terms of what I wanted to get accomplished today. Instead of adding tow points to the front, I have no tow points period.

Stupid rear bumper, stupid hitch, stupid rust.

Ross, your old bumper now has a winch attached to it. It isn't centered though... (well the winch itself is, the drum is offset :gee

passenger seatbelt hooked up, rear exhaust re-hung. Took the Jeep on the highway for the first time since the re-gear tonight. Interesting experience :gee:

Needless to say I'm not sure I trust the trans to drive me 2.5 hours to wheel on Sunday Largely because it's a sunday and I'm not sure how I would get home by Monday. I am still going to be there for lobster's though since that's a sat and I'm sure I can find a ride in a day.

I think after lobsters I need a will get a new trans regardless of if mine survives or not.. and when I do I am going to replace everything from the flywheel back. Every bearing, clip, seal, whatever... it's all being replaced.

Pulled things out of bump's partsmobile, bought rotary pump for gear lube, will fill diffs and drive to m&g tomorrow, for now I'm passing out.

Came upstairs about an hour ago from the workshop. I didn't realize what time it was but at least all the parts are cleaned for tomorrow and I have a new harness.
