looks like a corporate card for food / car rental / whatnot. supposeldly the travel isnt much more than a week at a time, so it seems legit. if it were like 3 months at a time that would be a whole other ballgame. a kid i know got an offer for a field wireline engineer for schlumberger, but in Angola. ew. he'd be making like 100,000 base + bonuses and everything, but no friggin way would i do a long term thing in a volatile country like that

she's a huge harry potter fan. she doesn't do much though. like, we have jeeps as (one of) our hobbies. she likes books and movies. she lives her life in fiction. i make fun of her for it haha

As I have heard many times, if you're going to move around now's the time to do it. I think I am putting my resume out nationally to see what type of jobs I get calling me. If something interesting calls, well, I may be moving. I think I have decided that I may as well move around now. But I think I am going to wait until my Jeep is done for the most part. It would be hard to move (with the Jeep) if the Jeep wasn't able to move very far under its own power.

And on a completely different note, the other night while kicking back a few drinks I started clearing out a few old receipts from my wallet. I did so by watching a movie and just throwing the balled up receipts through the door into the bathroom. not even aiming for the trash. I just did it again completely sober and I gotta say, my desk got clean VERY fast and I don't even really recall cleaning it. Watching a movie and throwing trash through the nearest door is awesome. I just went in and picked up the pile of it, dropped it into the trash barrel, and was done. :thumbup:

Welded more... Got the other motor mount done plus the last crossmember and part of the exhaust. Figured out why I got worse at welding since jan 2 also, .030 wire with a .035 tip makes for shitty contact :dunce:

One more mount (at the bellhousing) and I'll be able to take it off the engine hoist, threw a bit of spare stock under some bolts in the bellhousing today to test it out and I can lift the "handles" on the frame even if I put the wheels all the way at the other end of the thing. That's the last major issue I was worrying about.

I need to take some pics after tomorrow night.

Why get the 5-153x and not the stronger life series 5-785x?
I know the 5-153x is greaseable, but I'll take the strength first.

Bill, I realized something after talking with you today about seats. I've driven '97+ Limited XJ's with the leather and power seats. The power seat base is just too high, it feels all weird and feels like my head is right here at the roof.

didnt realize there was a better one to get. i mean ive never had a problem strengthwise with a 153. Jeff also has them in stock and for a smokin price, so its a no brainer for me to just use them.
