Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
the TRE's
the TRE's
Since be brought it up while I was talking about TREs I would venture a guess that it is a 7/8" 18tpiwhat size threads does mark have a tap for?
there are different grades of SAE thread:
UNC (coarse)
UNF (fine)
UNEF (extra fine)
7/8-18 you speak of is just the UNEF
hmmm, you might be right, but i'd be really surprised if they made their own size for TRE's... let me google.
i thought the UNEF for 7/8 was 20
sears can suck my left testicle. i'd rather support the little guy, even if it means spending $2 more.you can get cutting/tapping fluid at Sears.
he wanted somewhere local to him...and i don't think Stoughton is local to him. I was just offering an option...
oh yeah, VW's can suck my left testicle...friggin 17mm lug bolts and 19mm drain plugs...
Stoughtons only 35 min or so from me. I consider anywhere in the 45 min range local. Not to mention stoughtons kindof on the way home from work.. 35 min from work too, so kindof local :laugh:he wanted somewhere local to him...and i don't think Stoughton is local to him. 17mm lug bolts suck, yes. But my friggen VW has an allen bold for a drain plug. BS! I still like working on it though, just as easy as a Jeep. Throw a hammer at it and it works.oh yeah, VW's can suck my left testicle...friggin 17mm lug bolts and 19mm drain plugs...
