I should find a junker to enter in the figure 8 at the fair this fall. I have always wanted to and now I actually have some spare $$ that maybe I could do something like that. Hmmmm....

I ran my first event last fall, and If I can find a way to get my car more places, I want to hit as many fairs as possible.
I think I spent $50 on the race last year including the car and the registration, cheap for a Friday night with that much fun. I still haven't gotten a letter saying not to come back, so I think I am safe, and I should be over the disappointment of being on the 2nd place cars bumper about to put him a lap down at the finish line, then hearing over the PA that he was the winner:banghead:

So the rmv just rejected my registration renewal because i paid 5$ too much (even though their website said it cost 25$). I guess i should be glad... not like I was waiting to get it anyway... and not like having an expired registration stopped me from riding at all... they just gotta update their sh*t

yeah I did, at the time I didn't know what the hell you were talking about.

Now I wonder how long it will take for them to get me the 'processed' email. I got my first "rejected" email after only a couple hours. It has been 8 hours now and no "accepted" email. :dunno:

Got my email, sweet, all paid up and ready to go. If I knew it was that easy (and that they would give me a receipt to use for now) I would have paid it off on Friday rather than just riding over the wkend thinking that I would have to stop by the RMV this week. :rof:

Came in to discover that a test I blew 50k compute cycles on was entirely useless because it exceeded a disk quota and no results were stored... :banghead:

I am pretty sure I figured out the problem with my other test though.

When I worked at Outback steakhouse as a manager,I took the HMMWV they use to advertise home a few times.It was pretty cool to drive.I lightly wheeled it a few times and high centered it once.

a lot of UJ members were slacking big time on that... turns out mine is up in october. but i might do it for the membership drive anyway.
