Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
I could wreck all of them and not care.
I could wreck all of them and not care.
Well, yeah. I wouldn't want to go out and bash it into something though. Apparently Colin would, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that his "caring about body damage" threshold is a hell of a lot higher than mine.Eh, that's just like owning an muscle or exotic car and you don't want to drive it 'cause you might get a rock chip. I like driver's, not garage "under the cover" queens.
I guess you missed my edit. So here it is again: Granted I don't want my truck all beat up, but that is a DD, not a "toy".Well, yeah. I wouldn't want to go out and bash it into something though. Apparently Colin would, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that his "caring about body damage" threshold is a hell of a lot higher than mine.
Exactly.I care about my truck a lot more than a vehicle that is specifically for offroad use.
Body damage is inevitable with wheelin.
My dad never gave a CRAP about what his car looked like compared to garage queens.
He would wash it/wax it etc, however that NEVER stopped him from beating on it.
If he can't enjoy a car, it's not worth it.
I should just sell the comanche, my jeep and all of it's crap, and get one of these

colin, those might be built to beat on, but they don't make any more and they're not a dime a dozen, like XJ's...
Just take mom's and have dad buy her something else. Saves you money.
then why are they everywhere? in another 10 years they'll be a lot less common.last i checked xjs havent been made in 9 years
Just drill it out and runa nut/bolt through it. That's what I did.speaking of taps... now that I am getting my Jeep back I need to go pick up a tap and die set to clean out the holes for the lower passenger side seatbelt rail thing. I may or may not have got weld sh*t in them while working on the floors over there.
