7 bucks for 10. I haven't gone anywhere else for cutting discs since I realized this.

im stuck at work

once 4:00 comes along i can run to the hardware store and grab some. if im careful with what i have now and use the sawzall when i can i think i can make it work

they sell forney discs. they seem to last longer and are 40 cents cheaper than what i get at home depot.

i'm still waiting for a software license for one of my models... but while waiting i decided to try to be productive and read the documentation and i think i figured out why my damping isn't working. down at the bottom of the page where no one would look it says that type of damping doesn't apply to beam and shell elements. and the model i was trying to use it with was shells. silly me

a little thick. but i got it hella cheap.

i salvaged them from the white jeep

if i remember right 63" per side.

Sam - that is a hell of a lot of chicken nuggets :O Dinner last night was spicy microwave buffalo chicken strips and beer while I screwed around with my steering.

EDIT: Bob - I'm probably going with either 2x5 or 2x6, haven't decided yet.

EDIT2: anyone use autismzone lugnuts? I don't want to buy a set only to discover that they're the same as the other cheap crap they sell there.

Also sell flap wheels and sawzall consumables for really really cheap.

I'd say just try not to get the crappy oem type cone ones. Try to see if they have the one piece ones. I've had a ton of the cone ones fail on me.

Yeah, the sheetmetal tops keep falling off of mine. I'm not overly concerned about it, but the business ends of mine are all scored up and crap and I'm pretty sure they could use replacing... and I'm replacing everything else downstream of the driveshafts, so I figure I'll just get it all over with at once.

Colin - wait, that's your bro's car? Looks awesome, what mods has he done? I don't really know much about vehicles other than Cherokees, Rams, Accords/Civics, and a little about crappy plymouth/chrysler minivans...

I've actually been wondering if it's what is making the NAC subforum load slowly for me, but for some reason this thread itself always loads quickly so I dunno :dunno:

im doing 57 1/4" on this jeep

im just replacing the rockers. last time i went into the front fenders and didnt like how it came out.

2 door vs 4 door might have a little something to do with it too but idk
