I've never really done much in Boston except urban exploration (ever stood on top of a 40 floor building? You can see a LOT from up there!) but it seems like a pretty decent place.
I dunno... the week is going by slowly but I don't really mind. Tonight I'm working on the MJ more, tomorrow I pick up my new seats
party, Friday OHC install... I think I'm gonna spend the day in the junkyard Saturday just for the hell of it, I don't even know what I need except for maybe a hood/fenders for the MJ and an exploder or ZJ e-brake setup but I'm sure I'll find something really useful.
Managed to pick up almost everything left on my list this morning - blank mirror mount cover plates for the electric setup, the OEM mirror adjust switch from a 96, a brake line, another OHC (anyone want one at-cost? I didn't want to leave it there for someone to wreck, figured someone on
would want it), and the headlight harness I needed.

The week should start getting better. Tonight I move the XJ into the garage and get all my stuff set up. Thinking about stopping at home depot and picking up some 2x4 and plywood to make a work table out of. tomorrow/friday I will probably spend making/cutting floor pans pieces so I can weld them in on Sat. Maybe drop the gas tank tomorrow night and start cutting out the rear floor pans since the majority of the rear should be a quick project.

Faneuil Hall area. Expensive, but a friend is coming home from California and I haven't seen her and some other people for a while and she planned it.
I wouldn't want to live there. It can be fun on occasional nights out.
Then go...? Screw being sick.

being sick does suck. and it doesn't help i've been watching overhaulin. i figured i'd start small. remember me whining about that screw in the amp i couldn't get out? i had soaked it in PB for weeks with still nothing. so i just drilled it out and i was able to save the threads that it went into too. there are 9 of these screws in the amp total, so i just tested one of the other ones in this hole and all is well. now i need to find a set screw that works haha. oh well.

FYI, got myself some new TRW bj's (got all 4 lifetime warrentied from an old set of xj ones i had
) and even went to see jeff fro ujoints and got some SPICERS!!!!!

that was easy. they're 10-32 set screws. that are 5/16 long. yaay. time to put the amp back together.

hmph, for some reason I thought you were 20....then why aren't we out getting drunk RIGHT NOW?!
Boston is fun every now and again, but I hate the parking pretty much anywhere you go...and many of the places are too expensive for what they are. I guess the same could be said for most places.
