afterthought: I should get started on some decent bumpstoppingColin, you're recruited. Just because.
ps: jesus, you guys call me a post whore and just wrote 1.5 pages worth of posts while I was trying to reply to this![]()
Sam, was he running a manual or auto transmission?
What are bumpstops?
yeah...but we're arguing :viking:
Hmmmm. Gas mileage is a concern to me, but 5.13s and 31s getting 18mpg @ 65mph? I usually drive around 75-80mph (speed of traffic on 290 during rush hour, lol) so maybe 4.88s isn't too bad an idea...

I haven't looked either hah. But yeah. seeing as we're running alot of the same stuff, order shit x2 and tell me what I owe you :gee:
Hence wanting to figure something out and enlisting Colin :repair:

I'm running an AW4, and I got close to 20 mpg driving down to RC anywhere between 65-80 mph.
4.88s, 35s, lockout hubs (don't know how much that helped but I'm sure it did).
No roof rack, stock bumpers, however 4 or 5 of some losers LTBs in the back
Haha will do. I'll figure it out, I gotta get that link from Sam again. I think they were on Jegs...?
Colin knows how to engineer things![]()
True, though I was worrying about manual vs auto efficiency as well as gearing. When we're talking highway speeds it doesn't really matter. The final gear ratio is around the same.
