what's your caster?

Caster is 8* on the driver's side and 7* on the passenger side. I'm gonna dial it in to a low 7 next time I have time available.

I have no vibration at any speeds...

hmmm.... have you tightened everything? what about control arm jam nuts? is the DW bump induced or is it between certain speeds?

it is bump induced at 40+ mph and if induced i have to slow to under 40...and every jam nut is tight.

hmmmmmmm... sometimes hubs go bad and you can't see play... :dunno:... this is a good one. do you have a steering stabilizer?

took the track bar off 2 days ago to inspect the joints and I do not have a steering stabilizer. If it makes a difference both of the joints at the track bar are soft joints...

hmmm... and more hmm... do your angles match perfectly? bump steer without anything damping it i think could do it.

if you jiggle the steering wheel, does anything clunk? or can you feel all the joints and have someone jiggle the wheel?
