I would love to grab it, but I could only take it if you end up giving it away haha founds are getting really low, alot of unexpected things are rearing there ugly head in my rebuild.

broke another front short side shaft AGAIN yesterday!!!!:flamemad: wtf. seem like every time i go out im breaking a shaft.....

Well, are you blowing joints or the shaft itself?

If you're just blowing joints, try doing the full-circle c-clip mod to a stock shaft with 760s and see how it holds up.

Have you been running 297 joints?

yeah, just the u joints as far as i can tell. whats the full circle c clip mod... i asume its a full circle instead of a half moon clip. how you i get them.

Yes it's a full circle instead of the half circle.

You just grind out part of the yoke (not the ears, the inner part of the yoke) that keeps the full circle from sitting flush against the ear.

Adam is getting some from Grangers, I got mine from Yukon through Baystate Offroad.

They're the 1 3/16" ones.

And if you're not running 760s, get 'em.

are you replacing u joints in the shafts that have had them broken? if so, the ears could be out of round and that could be causing some of your problems...

goooooooooooood morning everyone. i LOVE my day off, woo hoo. i still woke up at 930 but thats pretty damn late for me considering every other day of the week i'm up at either 5 or 6 depending on what day it is...
