Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
oh. poopy.
oh. poopy.
the 6 spd is an NV5600 and not the NV4500
6th gear is virtually the same ratio as your 5th.
the dodge 6th ratio is .73
the ax-15 is .79
it has similar gearing to your ax-15 but with a granny gear
this is true, but doesnt it make sense that with this "granny gear" you could run higher ratio gears in the axles and still maintain a low crawl ratio?
well im just saying using higher gears for highway cuising and since you have the granny gear you still have an awesome crawl
psh you didn't need lockers, just ask me and tim!
mine liked it so much, it hit the rev limmitter 30x in a row or so. where is that video anyway hmm? hehe just kidding mark. :wave1: i haven't put my stuff up either yet. that will be soon.thats silly, the 4.0 loves to rev

i had heard that the final ratio was the same, that it was basically another gear between the ax-15 3rd and 4th... but i could be wrong. in any case, why wouldn't you run the same low gears and just have that much better of a crawl ratio? it's not like lower gears cost more.
and since the topic seems to be 5 and 6 speeds, whats the ratios of the 6 spds in the tj rubis?
id love to run a turbo stroker backed by the rubi 6spd or a nv4500 with some 3.00 gears in a street comanche
Hey, I got my first 1,999 posts posting tech, I got my last 115ish out of 128 post posting utter garbage in this thread.
This was 1 month ago. I had 2,127 back then, and I had over 2,200 last time I looked. Now I have 2,069, what happened?
Mods may have cleaned some threads where you had posts. They do clean house every so often. That will affect your post count.irate1:
