I kept mine for soo long too, cause I didn't want to get rid of them, then I finally got rid of them not too long ago.

Same here... and I really don't know why they wouldn't work well with the 8on6.5" bolt pattern.

Alex, thanks for the offer, but I want to try to find some aluminum rims or some of the rims off a classic.

Same here... and I really don't know why they wouldn't work well with the 8on6.5" bolt pattern.

Ya, mine wouldn't have worked on the 5x5.5 either. I do have a set of black Soft 8's in my basement, but they are 10 inches wide, won't work.

Some people just don't understand the unreal amount of time things take. That and I usually go over things twice to ensure I'm alright.
Oh, and this isn't aimed just at you but anyone really, do post up in the build thread. It is nice to know that people are actually reading or just looking at the pictures.

Oh, I completely understand the amount of time, effort, and money it takes to build something. I had planned on having mine running by April. Didn't get it off jack stands until the last couple days of August.

didnt get much done today, got the hitch and gas skid off the green jeep, then got the blue jeep into that garage gonna be getting the rest done tomorow

i have a set of canyons i'm looking to unload in good shape. they have 33s mounted on them at the moment, but i'd part em. (stock TJ rims, same width and backspacing as xj rims)

TJ Canyons are 15x8's and all stock xj wheels are 15x7's

no, but thanks. that's 1st gear*2.72*4.56, right?

i was looking for the difference in final drive ratio between my current set up and stock. 33s and 4.56 with the ax-15 is lower than stock, but i'm not sure by how much. i'll probably borrow my mom's gps and get some speed readings. i'm guessing i'm around 15-20% under stock...
