I HATE that shit. Junkyards that list axles with a specific ratio without ****ing checking it can go to hell too. I'm looking at you, retarded walpole JY that claimed VIN verified axle ratio only to find out it was 3.07s not 3.55s when I insisted you pull the cover and check... **** you for making me drive an hour and a half to find out I could just drive home empty handed.Strike one, yer out. Guilty conscience?
I was getting at the fact that it's so personal and even you hesitate to let even your best friends drive it.
Better a friend grinding a gear or burning the clutch than me putting it into a tree :laugh:You didn't have a problem with me driving it when you were shitfaced

I've sold balljoint ford 60s for 250, 300, and 400 in the last year. I'm pretty sure I could pull 700-800 for a mid 80s kingpin if I felt like it.
Speaking of which, I just picked up a '00 rear 60-ISU with perfect discs from a van that drove into the junkyard from auction on Friday. I'm now torn between keeping it for myself and selling it.
Sorry dude, luck of the draw. All they had was rotten-ass drum brake ones for like the last 2-3 months. I wish I'd found one sooner. Pretty funny really, I talked to one of the forklift drivers when I pulled it, the van got driven from auction to the yard (they put a minimum bid on it) Friday, I saw it Saturday and the engine, front suspension, fuel tank, and damn near everything else had already been stripped, it's now Monday and the rearend's gone too. I don't think anything will be left by tomorrow, I've never seen a rapervan get torn up that fast there. You tell me this After I put drums on my truck, thanks
where could i buy longer bolts for the steering box? the hardware store doesnt carry the right ones... theyre not threaded back enough
Anthony, we gotta get some riding in this year. and any other of you fools that ride
i just got some 5" long bolts from my hahdware store. had to stack a couple washers on em' but i dont care, its my beater.
you can always run a die over it too.
idk mcmaster carr? fastenal? or buy the ones fron the store and a die and make the threads go back enough?
thats my dumb idea.
using the washers looks mad ghetto. and running a die over grade 8 bolts sounds like i'll have a broken die lol
ya i was gonna look onrine. >_<
Heck it's still odd when Angel drives my truck. Haha.I was getting at the fact that it's so personal and even you hesitate to let even your best friends drive it.
I didn't have too this time. Next time I will.Colin, when you renewed your license recently did you have to take a vision test?
Good luck.Says you, I have no problem selling 78/79 60's for around a grand.

Good luck.
As Rob said this ain't out west. I bought a pair of steering 60s (78/79 and 80s) for less than half that. I see them all the time for that as well.
