I don't even know how I watched it once. I kept waiting for some sick finale. Everything was like something I could have seen as part of a movie stunt, except you have to watch them **** it up until they get it. Not sure why they made it half documentary/VH1 commentary style movie either. I ****ing hate the skateboarder Rob guy.

I was just thinking I might need a bigger fuel cell for racing...

I can really only use about 13 gallons in my tank before it starts starving.

I'm not sure how much fuel is going to get used while racing.

Guess there's only one way to find out.

I kinda wish I got a larger one too. and I'm not even racing. Just for distance.

Maybe I will get better fuel economy with my fuel injection that returns extra fuel into the tank instead of the carb just being like "**** it, too much gas? stick it in the cylinders anyway"

A full day of wheeling used about 7.5 gallons with the 440. I'd use about 5 gallons with the 4.0.

Wheeling is fine, I'm just worried about doing a Line Mtn race and having to pit like 5 times to refuel :laugh:.

Oh well.

just because the 440 is a pig? or because it starts sloshing around too much? probably should consider throwing some baffles in there

will megasquirt run on farts?

I'm sure you can devise a funnel/tube/valve system under each seat.

Not sure about how much pressure we put out though, might need to run an inline pump, or just eat at taco bell the night before. Might need something to filter the solids from the gas though if you go that route.

The pickup tube on my pump sits about 1/2" off the floor of the cell.

If I start running low on fuel and sloshing it around, it will start cavitating the pump and starving the engine.

I should definitely add some kind of baffling. I really don't feel like ponying up for the new baffle shit that that dude Wayne sells though, and I've heard horror stories of foam disintegrating.

Will definitely need a rollover valve so if we flop we don't dump farts back into our butts.

Whoa whoa, speak for yourself. There's plenty of times I've ripped a radical fart and thought to myself "damn, wish I could put that back in my butt so I could experience that again."

$140 is close to how much I bought the cell for.

Not saying it's not worth it, just that I don't want to spend the money.

We'll see. After my first race I probably won't be able to get them fast enough :laugh:
