Road trip? I think the only thing I like more then buying parts, is buying tools. My two biggest temptations at swap meets are free kittens and cheap tools.

don't even bring the 18-55. the 18-135 is a great walkaround lens.

im gonna bring both. i have plenty of room in my bag

mhm. i have a 18-135 on my canon and <3

i never really liked that camera... but it is good. entry level nikons seems to out-shoot entry level canons.

im not doing pro photos, i just need an upgrade from a canon point and shoot for epic KOH pics

. i used to have a D40 till somebody stole it, also had a 150-300 mm lens...i loved that thing

and the woman just told me she wants to do a photoshoot with a 49 ford and jeeps...ill be sure and post up any worthwhile pics
