I'll be on the lookout, but you could probably pickup a pickup for a decent price if you are really serious about it. Although a small car would not be the end of the world (Travis can pull it off) don't do a Prelude.

and a 5spd to go with it so it will drop in big jeep, i think im gonna hold off selling the jeep so i can spend time trying to fix some of the issues this weekend and give me time to find a new whip if need be

Price is going to be high to be faster than Anthony's car. You could probably get away with an old stang but that would bring the suck when it comes to getting parts or in the snow.

I like my Honda for what it is, reliable, good on gas, cheap to fix. Anything outside of that, I absolutely HATE it. It has a giant gay H on the front, coupe, every rice burner tries to race me, everyone in a full size truck tries to run me over or off the road, I can't fit much in it for parts, and it's not American.

I agree that Hondas are good. I, however, dislike Toyotas even though they are pretty much equal.

I can't pull it off though? :rolleyes: I'm not sure whose is smaller, actually. I'll bet a Prelude can hold less cargo than either Travis's or mine.

True, I mean, even my GTI is fwd. It's my one complaint about the way the car drives. You get used to under vs oversteer pretty quickly when putting it through its paces.

Rob you can pull a lot more than 1k for your 98 if you want to. I paid 2400 for my rotted out 96 2 years ago and it was a total piece of shit. I knew most mechanical stuff ok for inspection but the rust got past me. Aside from that the brake lines and rad were all that escaped me (and I checked the rad, but didn't realize I was looking at the ac condenser.) I bet if you stick it on cl for 3 grand obo you get at least 2300.

I got suckered, and I inspected it more carefully than most, thus you can probably sell a fundamentally solid vehicle for at least about the same.

Unless the Toyota has a bed, I hate it. I was thinking about buying cheapo coilovers (Raceland for those who know of them or care) because my Honda needs rear struts BAD andI can lower it in the summer for a slight increase in mileage and lift it a little in the winter for snow bombing. But I really don't feel like putting the extra $100 into the car just so more people try to kill me in the summer.
