Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Everyone should know how to use/handle/read a vernier before moving to dial before moving to digital.

i have a pair of 6" mitutoyo digitals... the expensive ones. they work awesome :D

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

ive got a tape mesure, i see no need for those fancy calipers and micrometers

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I drank an ice coffee and am more wired than I've been in months...good way to spend a Saturday morning at work.

http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/cto/1577749615.html surprisingly I haven't seen this around town, he must have built it and trailer it or leave it in the yard since I've never seen it. Good deal but who has money & time/space for another project that I wouldn't finish!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

hmm, i dunno dude.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i only have a set of verniers, and god knows how old they are. my dad passed them down to me but they're still in awesome shape and work great.

on another note, for my interview at Schlumberger this week I have to prepare a presentation in conjunction with a kid from Penn State about open hole Wireline drilling segment. this'll be an interesting couple days out there, for sure!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Well now I kinda want ot make a 2 door with full width HP44/9" leafed front and rear and just pound on it with 33's.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Nope, 33's. People sell those left and right, cheap, and can get them almost anywhere. Plus while everyone is on 1-tons and 37"+ I want to tray to make the same line :D wont happen but I'll try!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Something to actually beat on. I'll give mine a little romp but nothing to the extent your 93 went through. And the 44/9" would be helluva lot stronger on 33's than what I run now.
