Whos here ran it before? How was it? Got any pics? Sounds like its nothing more than a dirt road but it'd be a fun way to spend a weekend puttin around in the desert away from the world. :sunshine:

It is if the weather stays like it was a day or so ago, but if it cools down a little then it should be ok.

It's likely to be 100+ degrees. Is that too hot for you?

Make sure you get Dennis Caebeir's Guide To The Mojave Road.

If you want GPS waypoints, I have a Magellan .wpt file and Rollins has a Garmin file.

Make sure you go climb into the lava tubes. Amazing down there.

At least this time of year you shouldn't have to worry about the lakebed.
