might have a trans mount or a bad ujoint i gotta fix. also a massive gas leak. and extended brake lines.
 
axles/steering/control arms in my garage.

figuring out rear leaf spring mounts/leaf packs.

4.56s is gonna be awesome.
 
my list get's longer and longer;
1. JCR slider's -install
2. Flex Plate- replace
3. Oil change, filter, o-rings in the adapter
4. oil pan gasket- replace
5. rear main seal- replace

to get;
1. recovery strap
2. extingisher
3. Rear recovery D-rings (I have a hitch but the ball is rusted on, wont come off)
 
Since the XJ is pending sale, my list got reeeallly short.

Jump in truck.
Drive to Attica.
Bribe people for a seat with beer.

Tires--in the shop---DONE
Trans. mount--in the shop---DONE
Rock rails--???
Rebuild OBA pump
Trailer plates---DONE

Can't think of anything else right now.

I am addin to my list:

relocate rear shock mounts on axle
add more padding to cage :doh:
try and locate a few more outer D30 shafts
 
good call, mine was so bad I was appoligizing to Byron for it being so bad. I did lube the steering and it took care of most of it. I need to grease and retorque the suspensions/joints.
 
My new-to-me XJ is running and I am hoping to get it lifted before WF. In that case I will probably bring it, otherwise I will bring the ZJ that still needs a door painted.

Or maybe I could bring both and rent one of them out?

-finish new cage
-fit harnesses to new cage
-buy/install Novak 231 cable shifter
-front center limit straps or suck down

did it have problems, or have you fixed the 4wd/axle issues?

That XJ has 330K miles on it and survived my wife's heavy foot, short of Sean have a chicken or beef dilemma I don't think it can be killed.
