why are the socal pres/vice prez hating on BSC?

As my message to you stated:

SoCal chapter is loosing members like it hasn't been loosing ever before. And you know what is the main reason behind it? BSC. Every single time I hear from a member that they will not renew BSC is the reason.

We also got bad rep @ the forest cause of BSC. Not your fault, they saw XJ's and figured ... maybe they saw a sticker or two, don't care, couldn't be helped BUT constant promotion of immature events (whether death sled racing ever occurs or not it is badly received by A LOT of folks) on the boards will nullify any and all efforts we have made to promote good clean image and to fight for our lands to be open.

It was never said that you're hated, nor that you're not welcome here (as it was implied). Request is made though to refrain from bragging about wheeling drunk and trashing rigs and not remembering a weekend and so on.

We've all had fun around campfire, but around my campfire I do not tolerate people hitting each other just for fun. Folks are concerned these days about attending events due to potential violence that might be just in the fun between friends tha might accidentally spill over to others.

So I'm not hating BSC, I'm not hating any particular member but I"m asking that BSC folks talk about BSC events on BSC boards. You don't see PIrate4x4 members discussing their events here... nor do you see Tinbenders discussing their events here and so on....

Robert and me asked for you guys to work with us to get us through this. Posting that we are hating you is not working together through this but rather undermining the process.

I love having fun! Fun means something different to everyone. There is fun, funny, hilarious, dumb, stupid, etc.... Each person has to drw his/her line somewhere.

Now - we, your BOD, do not hate anyone here nor the BSC. We have simply asked to leave the BSC BS on it's site. PLEASE!

We want everyone here to have fun and help each other out. That is what most folks joined for.

Yes - we have received PM's stating different things about folks and yes some of it specifically calls out BSC.

I am not playing favorites or anything. Most folks that know me here know I have helped, been helped, hosted BBQ's, M&G's, and work parties. That is fun stuff! I have helped people move, install appliances, rail-road things, etc..

Now, I now for a fect this is the best group of XJ'rs out there. I know that there is no real hate in the group. there is some dislike for certain activities, language, and attitude. But WE ARE - SOCAL!!!!! We are a close group and we need to be able to say our piece and move on. No hard feelings or grudges.

Let's do as a differnt thread implies and drop the BS and drama and go have fun - LET'S WHEEL!!!!!!!!!
