Do tb spacers work for non-HO engines. Seems like there is a plethora of tb spacers for HO engines but not non-HO.

no. They only work on H.O motors

Sorry crazy but they will work on non ho motors there are acouple of companys theat make them. They are just abit difrentthen the HO ones in fact one company make a spacer to adapt the HO TB to the renix(87 to 90) intakes witch is a realy nice mod for power.
