suggestions welcomed :)

I love full case Detroits. I've been running them for 30+ years.

Makes me feel good about having a detroit equipped 8.8 ready to go in! :D

"Stop every one, I have an air leak..."
10 mins later...
"Hey I have an air leak, I need to look at...."
10 more mins...
"Hey next time we stop, I need to look for this air leak...."

Go Detroit, or wheel alone.....

That's more like it! My experience with them leads me to believe they are fidgety at best. When they work though they are nice. That's why I bought an axle with a full case Detroit in it.

I have seen windows shatter on the trees here. Just the pressure from leaning against it. Mine did. Plexi is a cool replacement for it. I got a wrtie up somewhere if yall go that route.

Mine was a 4 door though. But same principles apply.

i have become less focused on the windows thing now, was really just wondering if anyone had good ideas on how to make it where i could switch from glass to plexi glass.. that will prob be something we do later on... we are hopefully going to start with a 3 in lift and bigger tires, then prob armor and lockers... what kinds of lifts do you guys have on ur jeeps? need ideas on where to look, which are better etc

call up rough country there one of the NAXJA sponsors and a good company to deal with

Check our Hanaxj's windows. He's got removable plexi for his two door windows. Seems like it would be real nice to take it out on those hot days.

Re: ARB's, if you ditch the crappy plastic line that comes with them, they work just fine. If I could afford them I would have them.

If you run the line correctly it is not an issue. I have had mine for 10+ years and have had 1 failure, a bad valve. Never had a leak.

Take some care when you run the lines, and they work perfectly.

OX lockers work well as well. Once your get them dialed in they work great.

mac 'if Rosco can't destroy them...' gyvr
