Not really understanding the first question? But, you could upgrade your tie rod with a ZJ tie rod, buy a kit online, or build your own with DOM and heims as mentioned.
As far as the disk brakes there's plenty of detailed write-ups on here if you search. Dana 35 and Chrysler 8.25's can be fitted with ZJ disk brakes with little to no modification.
