springs and heims

I am trying to get a hold of the spring rate on them. They are 22" long, and progressive. so if they are 300 lbs or under spring rate I am probably going to try them out at that price. I use bronco graveyard for tons of XJ parts....mostly hp44 stuff.

crap. looks like they are 400 lbs

I need to keep searching.

I have re 3.5" I like the way they work. Supposedly 240lbs. I think I could use more honestly. But the higher the rate the shorter the spring unloaded. Has anyone used a spring tender?

It does work better if you use all PAC springs, they are flat on top instead of wrapped wire like Deavers.

weird. either these coils that were given to me are not 7.5s or the 7.5s have the same coil wire diameter and overall diameter as my 5.5s. Both around .63" in coil wire diameter. My 5.5s are cut down and sit around 11 coils, and so do these 7.5s .
