Speedo Correction?

ok, So I finally got my gears installed and WOW is my speedo off. Either that or everyone is going 95 or better on I-76 lately. Anyone have a foemula for figuring speedo correction factor? And figuring what speedo gear I need to order to fix it?

1995 XJ, 4.0, ax-15
Was 3.07's with 27" tires
Is 4.10's with 33" tires
