I am just getting started on building my 92 MJ. I always feel like I am riding in a tin can and listening to an 1960's am radio (although everything is aftermarket). What I would like to do is have the same (or as close as possible) interior noise level as my VW golf.
I am still on the fence about doing the 97up swap, going to look at a possible donor tomorrow. For tunes I plan on starting out fresh, new head unit/speakers/amp/wiring/ect.
For sound deading thinking of doing a combination of a spray on and dynamat style deadner. What works? Suggestions?
My plans are to build a driver (not daily driver but "adventure jeep", I won't use the over used term expedition...) so I want to make it as comfortable as I can.
