I was just up there the last to days no problems. Called CalTrans highway info and it said there is no restrictions up on the mountain

I'll be heading up 38 tomorrow. I don't expect any restrictions by then even on 330. Too many idiots on the 330 for my tastes anyways.
Unless they have traffic stopped at the ranger station at Bryant St in Yucaipa or at the one at Barton Flats specifically you can get around them.
