that sure is a lot of mig wire per skid though... and Argon/C02...

The long spans of weld add support to the wide open areas.
Support can come that way, or by adding more steel to it.
I chose mig wire.
Plus, just by appearances alone, who could deny that those GT-Skids are tough?

OT, that thing is very impressive.
Have you any ideas for an MJ gas tank skid? I can take pictures and measurements. My LWB tank is kinda vulnerable. Looks like I had a skid at some point but it's been removed.
It appeared to bolt to the frame rail, and thn to a support that came down from the bed. Perhaps Mark can confirm.
