Got any more details on this? I'm looking to buy a new crossmember/t-case skid in the next few weeks.
Not as of yet.
As soon as I have the plans, I'll let you know, but it is one well thought out x-member.
I can't wait.

If it's going to protect my new t-case too, I'll hold off on ordering another one until you reveal it.
Oh, well of course it has T-case protection.
It wouldn't be "XXX" without it!:D

I installed a 220V outlet in the garage over the weekend... that was easy!

Best of luck to you Terry!

i got a few ideas for you, some might be a little out of your range for now but just putting it out there.
-chevy 350 conversion brackets
-modular exoskelleton
-stinger, winch, and hitch bumpers
-long arm front conversions, coilover 3 or 4 link rear
-flat mount skidplates, example RE skid
-axle trusses
-subframe connectors
-rear shock frame mount adapters, i got a few ideas on this one centered around a unit i got that takes moves the shock mounts to a bar instead of to the crappy underbody mounts that mounts in the stock bumpstop location
tube bumpers
-i like the rear converion brackets for bucket seats, how bout a universal adapter for the front seats, for mastercraft ect.

well these are just a few ideas, i got plenty more so just let me know what you think ok,

My favorate product due out soon:

The Oak-yFab driveshaft.

Available in standard or treated; for wet conditions.

Updated pictures are in the vendors forum thread.
sweet!

that sure is a lot of mig wire per skid though... and Argon/C02...

there is no way to make that bottom piece 1 piece and bend it in a brake? that would save you 2 welds and probably 20 minutes...

actually looking at it, you could make the sides and bottom all one piece, and only have to weld the seams, then weld on the rec tube - that would cut down production time, and make a stronger product...

is there a local sheetmetal shop that you could convince to make you a punched out plasma template and then bend the sheets for you? i doubt it would cost much to have a few bends put into the piece...
