From looking at the early pics of the wreckage I was thinking... This damn thing is safe as hell. Remind me if there's ever an earthquake or tornado to come to your house and get in the buggy! =)

Yea, I gotta say it surprised even me.
This thing was designed to protect in a 10 mph roll, not 60.

Well, time to turn my attention to the trailer.

Cut out the bent section and clamped & welded new angle to the outside, sleeving the rails.
Then put more angle on the inside, replacing the old so that it's now double width at the damaged area.
Combination of port-a-power and heat-n-beat got the fender in much better shape than I thought possible.

A little grinding, painting, and rewiring and she'll be ready for the road.

Got everything back together and headed to Badlands:

Overall, I'm very happy, especially considering what I started with.
The rear actually seems to work better. Then again, I may just be learning how to drive it.

I'll be tearing the front apart to fix the last of the damage as soon as I get some time freed up.
I'll also be going full hydro steering.

Time to get back to work.
Rig worked well but the front is still pretty twisted up:

Time to add to the scrap heap.
Cutting it apart was scary. The frame members were under so much stress that each cut caused about a 2" spring out and you never knew what direction.

While I was at it, I figured I'd fix some other stuff I was unhappy with.
Going to twin sticks so I pulled the TC.
Cut out the trans tunnel and a bunch of ugly aluminum work.
