Brad, I like it now more than before.

Can you move the lower mount of the airshock out more without getting into the tire during articulation? May not make much difference.

Ouch, did just tear off the housing or did it take any of the housing with it?
Poor penetration. Weld mostly pulled out.
Someone got lazy on the prep work; no vees ground in the plates for fill; basically just butt welded on top of the seam.

Thanks, I already moved the top mount outside to stand the shocks a little more upright.
Didn't move the bottom cause I didn't feel like doing the extra work.

She is looking healthier Brad... I like the new design better... Let me know if you want to trade her back before you have any other problems...LOL

BTW Matt, you might want to let people here know the former Cabo Engineering XJ is up for sale.

WOW... looks amazing!

May have been mentioned previously but my question is about weight, do you know how much it weighs?

Just over 3000lbs.
Thanks, considering what I started with, I'm happy.

Damn, that's impressive. Got to ask though, what's the T handle on the passenger side? Any function, or just a fancy ohshitbar?
That's the rear steer joystick.
It's a true partnership between pilot and co-pilot.

OK, it's just a fancy, adjustable, ohshit bar.

Is that a KJ front end? Doesn't look like an XJ hood.
Range Rover Classic doghouse

Hood; cut 32" out of the front, 15" out of the rear.
