I think that I wouldn't have the balls to Drive along side a cliff with the drivers side tires on a log and the passenger side tires on the cliff.

I don't see how a rock crawling game could ever make it. The only way to get the adrenalin rush from the slow rock crawling is to risk hurting your nice rig, breaking parts or from rolling over and hurting yourself or others. Kind of hard to put that slow-motion risk/danger into a video game.
Also it is not as hard if you can see under your rig as you drive.

Yeah I agree, hard to make this feel visceral.
I'm open to giving it a shot though!
I hope there is a good game mechanic for controlling throttle.
When winching, you can see that theres a different Heads Up Display.

That UAZ the guy is in must have zero horsepower. If you watch he is driving pretty leisurely but the engine is almost always redlining.
Look's ok, realism looks a tad off but could be fun.

Looks fun and it's on the 360 as well as PC. When it comes out I'll probably get it just because wheeling in GTA4 gets boring quick.

screamer4x4 is temperamental as hell. i was pushing my luck using it on my 4 year old PC.. had to turn the graphics down bc it doesnt play nice w new video cards. havent played it in over a year.
