Red Bird Trail Cleanup

I have the car packed as much as I can for tonight. I have all the food sliced diced and ready to roll. Beer is on ice, Advil in my bag and just gotta swing by the bank in the morning and hope to be on the road by 9 AM.

I just spent the last 8 hours in the garage working on the popcan and building an enclosure to keep the generator a bit more quiet.

I broke a hub at Rocks and Valleys at the end of August. I went to change the hub and realized that I broke the outter axle shaft as well. Not having any built shafts it took me way to long to build a good shaft. Its as prepped as its going to be. I will have limited spare parts and if it runs 5 mins into the trail, I'll be happy...its been a LONG night...

Its 3am and I hope to be up by 10 to leave by 1pm...still have to pack and load.

mac 'I'll be ready to drink upon arrival' gyvr

I am heading out in the next hour or so. See you suckas there...and yes, I will be drinking when you arrive.

It sounds like this is going to be one hell of a turnout. I'm even further disappointed that I am missing this.

Heep is loaded, Going to get fuel and take the family out for lunch then I will be on the way.

Jeep is loaded and I managed to grab a two hour nap.Heading out ....

Hope to see you all before dark.

I assume Brad and Molly weren't hurt? Where/how did the rollover occur?

Nope, no injuries. We had a couple friends in the back seat too, so we had three of us laughing and Molly was half-laughing, half-screaming. :D

It happened in the washout by the power line. I believe when you were out in the Spring you walked right up it without an issue. I wasn't too concerned about the body damage, but after being on our side for a while the engine started smoking, so we shut it down and before I could ask what was happening, JR (ExTankerGuy) had already ran up and hooked his winch cable onto me.

Once we got down and on 4 tires, it fired right up again and we gave it another shot, almost did the same thing on the driver's side, but thanks to Rev's spotting ("keep the wheels straight and floor it!") we made it up.

Posting this may have draw backs but...

Brian how did your rear hold up? :D

I can attest to that. It worked awesome. Other then that Ballistic Fab sticker on the back of his rig :D

JIM, that crazy blonde wants pictures! :D
