hmm i just noticed this made a causual move to adfab.... interesting
OP requested it. Thought some might find the tech for the late model axles helpful to others.
 
As soon as I move it to the pass side i will. I am having interference issues with the driveshaft and the upper since the diff is so far offset. I'll more than likely be at the shop machining a few different pieces this weekend. Also need to update that the Jeep is in the process of getting a new motor. Old one had 4 sloppy rods.
 
Got a bad engine, getting the new one ready.

No stroker. 4.0, borla header, 62mm TB, injectors, grabbed a 99+ intake manifold today and adapted the old steering pump bracket to it.

What were the steps to make the 97+ headerpanel fit on the older style fenders

And is that motor a High Output?

Very nice MJ build... Love the OD green and what you did with the bed...
 
Engine is ready to go in. Ended up using the borls header, 99+ intake manifold, 62mm TB with Renix TPS adapted, adapted the old PS bracket to the intake( PSC pump only has 1 ride and I'm not replacing it with one to fit.) Should make some good power, I'm just not ready to eat the cost of a stroker.

Let me elaborate. 89 block, 94 head, 4wt 258 crank, 4.6l, 9.8:1 comp, crane cam, port matched, 99+ intake, borla header, 62mm TB and a york 210.
 
I'm jelous.
 
Motor came from the shit rocket. I have around $500 into it.
