I work weekends?!?! Willin to help, any ideas?

If any body needs a ride from Denver Area you can be at my house in Franktown by 10AM. Mark will be there and I can squeeze 3 more in the free company car to save gas. Easy to find, just PM me for directions. Home around 6:00ish.

Progress

So we made some progress.

We were wondering where to find some Transam T-tops.

Fred

Work day again tomorrow... Just a reminder, who in? We need the help to scrap the old give a way Jeep...

I'm in.

We got the carcass loaded on Mark's trailer. We only dropped it on Led once in the process. Led was already pissed off due to a traffic incident, so it just bounced off of him. The steel recyclers were closed, and we couldn't find the title, so the junk yard wouldn't take it. They would take $16 for a used grill for my 88 comanche. :firedevil

Now that there is some room in the hangar, I believe the next step will be to pull the engine to replace the freeze plug and put in the 4wd driveline.

Fred

Can you say four wheel drive time... I knew you could... Okay guy just a reminder for Saturday work day. The goal:

Remove engine replace freeze plugs
Put the transmission and transfercase on engine
Put it back in

So come on guys its a good time to come down and make fun of MT for hours... We really need your guys help...

I'll be there, maybe a little late though.

No work this weekend.Led and I both have too much going on this weekend. We'll resume work the weekend after this one, on SUNDAY (chapter meeting is that Saturday).

Well that just screws up my plans! I've got this weekend open, but next weekend is booked. Oh well. No real harm done, but I feeling like every attempt I make to help out gets fouled!

Like Fred, I guess I'll be working on my own Jeep.

All right guys who is in for Saturday... We took the engine out last week and now we are putting it back in...

I have two hours to spare on Saturday morning - start time still at 10am?

Yep 10:30am see you there... That's one... Who else...

Alright guys... It is that time again. I know we are all have are own junk to work on and the hanger isn't the nicest place to work in the cold, but we need some help. This week we have a lot to do. Here is the list:

Install the new rear springs
Finish hooking up the motor and trans
Put the 4x4 linkage in and put interior back together
Put the front of the Jeep
And make sure the GD thing still runs

It is going to be nice guys so come on. Lets show :NAXJA: what the Colorado Chapter can do... Who's in...

Okay guys it looks like we have received more parts and are read to get some more work done. So lets see if we can have a good turn out like last weekend... Who's in???
