My ex believes that if you start swearing at corporations that leave you on hold you get picked up faster.
Maybe they have someone who screens the folks on hold.

I called fedex once to find out where a customers package was and it was a digital assistant saying "say 1 for so and so say 2 for so and so...." after about 5 times saying different numbers I said " I just want to talk to a fking person", they picked right up.....
