Quick Loc Locker

Does anyone run this type of locker? Kind of like a knock off powertrax lock rite. I got my gears and lockers set up last week, and the gears and rear locker seem to be fine (4.56s, and rear is a true lock rite), but the front is a quick loc and it is noisy as hell and won't engage/disengage properly. It sounds like it is ratcheting all the time, while I am driving in 2wd. It makes that pirate ship anchor noice in parallel with my acceleration, so it sounds like I am banging two hammers together as I am driving down the street.

I have heard that more/thicker thrush washer sould help this out if it is not the springs in the thing. the springs looked fine when i gave thme the stuff to put in. Any experience? thnaks,

but....If I recall correctly, he wheeled that thing hard for along time before it gave him any issues.

With that said; If you're wanting a lunchbox, I'd go with Aussie.

I toom out the front drive shaft and i don't hear as much of the constant ratcheting, but now a whining that sounds like sqeaky brakes all the time. Any ideas?
