Made some improvements to my other '91 Eliminator......
Snatched up a parts donor '98 Limited XJ with a decent front clip...... in black no less. :thumbup: I didn't spend a bunch of time on getting the lines and gaps perfect (hood latches need adjusted down) but for the most part, it all fit pretty nicely. I had intended to put these new gen parts on my keeper '91 Eliminator, but the parts were all damaged a slight bit in one way or another. Hood has a dimple, both fenders are tweaked from a light front impact - you can see it right at the front bends of the flares, the pass. side fender used to be green and has poor bondo work to fix a small ding, the driver's fender has the OEM brush painted pin stripe toward the back, but fades moving forward as the paint from the repair was sprayed over the stripes.
But hey, it's a GOOD 20-footer!
I'll hang some new gen mirrors on the doors and a new gen front bumper after I fix the mangled front crossmember and bumper mount tabs......... and it still needs an engine transplant....
