i have so afar loved everything you've done, but i dont like the rear badge and not because its centered but because the "p" is out of place. the Jeep logo should have a line up in the front and down in the rear... thats just how the name is spelled... it looks off with the p higher than it should be. IMHO i would move it somewhere else... unless it was a capital P... other than that its looking awesome dude.

just what i like to hear, honest opinions, yeah i like the idea of the centered badge but the letters did look a bit odd, those are the correct letters, just not enough room to fit it correctly, maybe a slightly smaller decal ? these are raised letters in chrome, maybe ill have to find something different, they are not permenantly mounted just barely tacked on, so easy to move.
how about "cherokee" instead ? or "XJ" ?

Agreed as well. I do like the idea of putting a small "XJ" there though...that would be a lot easier to get...proportional lol.

to top it all off you will need a hybrid exocage with basket rack and lights all the way around, good brushguard and winch, and the corner guards like jarrad has on the rear end.

This thread makes for a good breather when Chris and I get stumped working on one of our Jeeps lol!
well, got locked down at work for past couple days, fun army times, but i did manage to get the fender flares mounted up last nite, still need to get a camera but i did snap a few more cell pics, ill post them up here in a bit when i get back home.
yeah some stencil work is definitely in the works, those are some cool ideas YJ, you might even see them in action soon

Had a good day, getting closer to being back on the road, got alot done.
-installed the trailer hitch
-installed the gastank skid
-upgraded the speakers to infinity
-reassembled the front doors complete with tweeters and map pockets
-reinstalled the rear quarter glass complete with stickers (more HP)
-put the roof rack back on
-changed out the rear tire that was on a spare because of bad valve stem
-installed the mirrors (last nite)
I need to go and get a few things that are stopping me from getting it all back together. I need 1 floor plug, driver and pass adjustable seat belt anchor part, rear hatch wiring harness (2000+),some other misc stuff and a windshield. I hope to have it ready by the end of the week.

just thought of something... what if you put the "jeep" logo on the rear hatch upside down on the driver side next to the latch and justify it to the theedge of the license plast rectangular indentions...
kind of an optical illusion and a "you can read this im upside down" thing... hehe definately turn heads or make a couple double takes hehe
