Pow'R'Mate 225 MIG welder

Does anyone know who makes this welder or where parts can be purchased. The solenoid that controls gas flow leaks severely on mine and I cannot find any local welding shop who even knows where to get the parts, or even who is the actual maker of the unit. I would guess it is around 20 years old.
