Power Steering cooler

cool, that is what i thought. i did bottom>top on my tranny cooler for the same reason. another question for you guys, this will add some fluid to the system, correct? i just figured whatever fluid is left in the cooler/lines (i can't imagine it being much) while the jeep is off will affect the total amount... right? regardless i will just want to check the fluid once i get it installed

There's no way "gravity" comes into play on this. Disconnect the return hose from the reservoir and crank the engine--the return pressure will shoot fluid 10 ft in the air.

Correct. Just fill it up till the line on the dipstick says full, make sure you have the system fully bled, and check the fluid level every few days for a while and you should end up with the right amount for your system.
