Jeeps Unlimited is about 10 miles from my job, so I'm stopping there on my lunch break tomorrow. $20 bucks should net me a new set, but if that doesn't pan out, I'll let you know. Thanks!

I can't find the damn thing in my parts pile outside atm, it's buried in snow, but it's two tapped holes through a block of metal, I'm sure I can make one fast enough if you end up really needing it. Those tensioner bolts are always failing on me, I won't even touch one unless I've had it loose recently or have a spare in my hand.

Thanks, I'll let you know about the collar. I think the place in Providence will have them. The one thing I didn't have in my kit when doing this was a can of PB. That's the next thing I have to buy. WD40 was applied far too late to help me out in this one.

The tensioner "knuckle" is cast aluminum, so I doubt any penetrating lube would do you any good, generally the aluminum oxidizes due to galvanic action and jams the bolt in there tight. I keep meaning to make a new knuckle for mine out of steel but I managed to free it up instead of breaking the bolt last time, so I haven't bothered yet.

If I can find my spare I'll measure the threads, offset, thickness, and drill/tap one up, if only to keep as a spare. Steel on steel is better than steel into aluminum any day in my book.
