So the guy's made threats to the White House that were extreme enough for Secret Service to raid his house, published articles in newspapers urging kids to become suicide bombers and to target Israeli citizens, and posted information on terrorist blogs...

Sounds like he supports and associates with our enemies... death is still the punishment for treason right? I sure hope so.

Based on the majority of his students--FAIL! ROTFLMAO! How is this "Useful Idiot" still in a teaching position?

I am fairly certain he's just unhinged.

He doesn't seem to really have a cohesive point except for promoting violence and destruction.

My best guess is that he suffers from thinking he knows what he is talking about while he doesn't really have the ability to do any critical level thinking at all. The worst part of this situation is that he holds a position of employment that gives him a title that would make you think he has some credibility. We all know that there are people in every profession with titles that they shouldn't have, but when this happens in the education industry it is a crying shame...
I feel sorry for all the people paying good tuition money to have to listen to this persons drivel.

We're not in a "Declared State of War," but we are still in a "Declared State of Emergency" going back to the Depression - it was declared, but never rescinded. I'm not sure if it would do, but it's a foothold to invoke the Emergency Powers Act (if not the War Powers Act...)
