NP242 assembly help

I need a little help.

I decided I wanted to swap an NP242 into my TJ, I know a lot of people will disagree, but I DD my TJ and I deal with plenty of snowy commutes and have been driving another vehicle with full time/AWD and am a bit spoiled. The 242 I found was in a junkyard, but not local, so I paid them to ship it to me. Well, I guess it was cheaper to ship it disassembled so I basically got a crate full of parts. I am really good at taking things apart and putting them back together, but since this was already taken apart, I missed out on that learning experience. Also, I decided to install the Tom Woods SYE since it was already halfway there. I am starting to wonder if I may have some missing pieces and some extra pieces. I have watched a ton of videos and figured most of it out. If someone could help me out it would definitely help with the level of frustration I am getting to here.

The first is a spring I found in the box that I can't figure out. I have two springs in the shift fork assembly. Let me put in a picture of the assembly just to make sure I put it together right

I have a third, much smaller spring on the shift detent. But I have a fourth spring that I haven't seen anywhere in videos or the FSM that I can tell. Can you tell me where this sucker goes or did an extra part just fall into the box:

I have more questions, but to keep it simple I will start with this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That looks like quite the project! I haven't been any deeper than sealing the case, but good luck! hopefully someone will chime in :)
