Finally!!!! :clap:
So a buddy and I sat down for dinner last night, while waiting on the order I get on CL and here's this 98 red XJ that was posted fifteen min ago; 4x4 172k on the body but 114k on a motor swapped from another XJ. Waiter comes back and I tell him we've got an emergency and gotta go NOW. He rush's our food out to us, we leave cash and we're headed to the other side of town.
On the way over Im telling myself at this price this is too good to be true. I pull up and the guy selling it says he's had about 15 calls on it since he spoke to me and he's got 3 other people on their way to look at it. No shit as Im popping the hood these other 3 cars begin to pull up.
Time to start talkin or get to walkin. I made an offer and he accepted it! I couldn't believe it. One guy there tried to buy it from me as soon as the seller handed me the title lol
