hey all, so my dad happened upon a stock cherokee recently and we are stripping it down and grabbing parts off it and parting out the rest. pretty much the only things not for sale are axles and windshield. everything else is up for grabs. motor doesnt run, we dont know why. auto trans and np242. has been sitting for about 5 years. we started tearing it apart today.
so i figured how this will work is you let me know what you need and ill let you know if its still available or not.
only parts i took off were the tail light, window and lock motors, little digital clock, and the plastic dash peice.
here are some pics i snapped today. you can text me at 805 598 7301 if you want pics of anything else specific.

alright. ill tell my dad to hold those for you. you need just the handle?

i need the tube that connects the intake to the exhaust for the EGR. can you ship it?

I'll see what condition it is in. Yes on your dime though

Just to be clear, I am talking about the metal tube that screws in under the intake manifold into the exhaust manifold for the EGR. called the EGR tube or something like that by some guys.

how is the ac condenser? any signs of leakage?
i check it next time i'm over there. should be with in the next couple days.

ohhhh okay my mistake. ill check that out too

You should put the waggy front end on your heep, Zac.
Are those interior trim pieces in as good a shape as they look? How are the front seats? manual or power? If manual, and decent shape mostly interested.
Possibly interested in the aw4/242 (242 mostly), steering column.
If its good, I need the mech fan pulley/bracket. The one on mine bushing is fubar'd

I would think about converting it but I just bought new headlights.
Interior pieces are in awesome shape.
seats are power
It does have a 242 I'm pretty sure
steering column is already going on barney as he needs one too
I'll check in next time I'm at my parents house for the mech fan pulley bracket

I wish man but I'd have to buy it, paint it and spend whatever other money getting it to clip on. All for a good look? I'd rather put money into non cosmetic things

Just not in the cards

You just need the panel and the fenders

I did a little browsing, found a couple of 2000's that swapped and u can expect about 120 worth into changing it. I didn't see anything about needing to swap fenders though?

You might not need to. I can talk to my dad and see if we can work out a price for the set up if you really want to do this. And you wouldn't need to paint it the same color. You could rattle can it black and I bet it would look pretty clean.

The early header panel/fenders have angled edges. The late model are rounded. So, you can swap them without fender change, BUT there will be a gap.
I ran just the header panel on my heep for a while, so its doable either way, but will be a gap.
Like on the 2500 conversion, the top of the header panel is angled, so people that did not have/use the 2500 fenders used 96-down fenders and cut them to fit the light housings.
As far as paint, vatozone sells matched paint ready to go in a spray can, supposedly has clear in it, but I would use a can of clear over it.
