We finally got it Ended up cutting the head of the housing off. had to move starter wires out of the way so not to cut them. got a housing from salvage yard new o-rings and found one with a 5/8 head on it. problem solved thank you guys for all the ideas.

I thought somebody posted in another thread that they bought a T60 L-key that fit onto the bolt without a problem. Does anyone know of any of the major parts stores or store in general that sells that tool. I know that it can be ordered off of the internet, but I would rather go get it locally, so if it doesnt work I can take it back.
