I'm just going to sit online and continue to say I do not support him and will not be a part of this counry any longer because my guy didn't win and I don't like Obama...

:twak:

:wstupid:haha, yeahhh. they're all just immature and stating unreasonable opinions. After all, I certainly think he does deserve our full support for his flawless policies....:looser:

Well, people have a right to disagree with his policies, so why should they support them? They've got a right to voice their opinion about the results of the election, and discuss the future of our country. There's nothing to "deal with" as you say... They're not dealing with anything, they're discussing the future of this great country. Be reasonable and open your mind a bit.

The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all

;)

I am not happy about the results last night, but for me it's time to do my part as an American and support our new president. I think it's in my best interest to help regardless of how little it is to better our country, not to mention the example I wish to set for my son who voted for the first time yesterday.

Ask your son a question, did he vote electronically ? we have new push button machines here, daughter was not aware that she could vote split ticket so she voted straight party which also gave a vote to someone she did not really want to. We have a lame ass rep called Kanjorski, he's unpopular and managed to squeak through over Barletta, came as a shock, I *think* it was because the new voters did not understand how the machines worked.

I'm proud to be an American and a member of the greatest nation on the planet...but I can not say I'm proud of the results of yesterday's election...I can't honestly say that I will support Obama, because I can't honestly say I agree with his opinions/policies/ideas.

He had no problems with our machines. What was real cool is that he had two political classes in high school, and is in a Government class right now in his first year of collage., and right before the election they had been studying all of the measures. Made me proud to walk in to the polls with my son for the first time. It was also very cool how the people at the poll took notice that it was his first time and totally made a big deal out of it. He was very proud to be a part of it.

Good for you. seriously. Difference of opinion is what makes this nation great. and difference of opinion does not mean threaten to move to canada, (which is more liberal than here), cessation, or continuous mudslinging.

you are right, I should not have said deal with it.

Ya know, in a way I'm with Rock Rash here. He is saying exactly what the right said after Bush won (just search this very forum), so I say it's just dose of your own medicine!

Personally I don't mind you being unhappy about it, but I do find it a bit ridiculous that suddenly it won't be un-patriotic to disagree with the president. Hypocrisy blows.

Do you love your jeep? do you love offroading? how happy are you going to be when this guy starts closing in on your "fun time".... taking your rights as an american.... own any guns?

Got idiots on TV spouting off "Its the Black House now".... yeah... this is going to go over very well.

Sit back on your cases of ammo and canned goods...and laugh at the entertainment 'they' are going to give us. :)

Take it in stride, brother. ;)

I got the stinkeye from a 'fellow' yesterday while I was pumping gas. Bald head gleaming in the sun, scowl on my face from the sun getting in my eyes...and this guy stops to eyeball me like I'm staring him down. He looks over at my 'Army Veteran for McCain' sticker after I glance at it and he shakes his head, moving on. Wonder what he was thinking... I was just pumping gas. :dunno:

Dont have a jeep anymore, enjoy hiking more than 4 wheeling. Have shotgun that is actually my fathers. Not too worried about it since I have used it once.

Dont judge the candidate by the supporters, judge his character.

There are retarded supporters for every issue, every candidate, everytime...
