I had 3" and 35"s at one point so it is doable. It was mostly my street jeep at the time because I couldn't flex much though. 5.5" and 37"s was way better

How did you do the 35s on a 3" lift mine would mostly be a street queen to get thru snow and what not.

Bolted them on and cut whatever was in my way to turn and pounded in some of the inner fender.

Beats me, they are all over. The suspension is a mix of Trailmaster / Rancho / Tomken / local spring shop. That lift is over 15 years old.

I have been wheeling this Jeep since I bought it knew in late 89.

I am one of the old guys.

my tires measure out to about 33x11.50. its a 285/75R16 on 16x8 moabs, with wheel spacers netting me 3.5" of backspacing.

33x12.50 with 4" of backsacing.

still the same lift. lol. dont mind the cheap ass foamie on the top. it was for my girlfriend at the time to play with. my shortboard was safely locked in the car.

PacificEd in the SEC is running 33x10.5's on his rig, lemme see if I can find pics. He loves them.

They are tucked in there nicely. He wanted to run stock wheels so they were his best option.

I ran 33x10.50s on my 01. Stock wheels plus wheel spacers, around 4" of backspacing if I remember correctly. Worked great.
